The Global Research & Policy Institute (GRPI) was pleased to support Nadeshiko-kai, a network of women engaged in public policy, on 30 July.

They were honored to welcome Minister for Internal Affairs and Communications Yoshimasa Hayashi, who spoke broadly on the current political situation in Japan and prospects for the future. The session offered participants a valuable opportunity to deepen their understanding of the current state of Japanese politics and policy.

The talk was followed by a lively Q&A, during which participants raised a range of questions and engaged in an active exchange of views.

We extend our sincere thanks to Minister Hayashi for sharing his valuable insights amid a demanding schedule, and to all who joined us for the session.

GRPI remains dedicated to supporting Nadeshiko-kai and other public policy initiatives that bring together diverse knowledge and perspectives, fostering new dialogue and connections.
